Can anyone please tell me what's the difference between the Holy Ghost outpouring in the book of Acts against the work of the Holy Ghost in the Old Testament. What difference or affect did it make to have the outpouring in the New Testament as opposed to the Old Testament. Please can you provide your explanation if you you would with references from the Bible. Much appreciated.

Holy Ghost Outpouring
